    Terms & Conditions Agreement
    This "Agreement" outlines the terms and conditions governing the applicant's participation in the RG Premiere Membership program offered by Ripley-Grier Studios (RGS). The form and full payment must be completed and approved before the membership is active. 
    The applicant must choose between monthly or annual membership options, which will renew automatically until membership is cancelled. Monthly (1 month) and Annual memberships (12 months) can be cancelled anytime without penalty before the next payment is due. All member benefits and remaining time will be forfeited upon cancellation. No refunds will be issued for fees already paid.
    Once activated, all memberships will renew automatically and applicable fees will be charged to the clients designated form of payment until RGS receives prior notice of cancellation. 
    RGS reserves the right to terminate memberships at any time for violation of RGS policies or for any other reason deemed applicable by RGS Management. No refunds will be given for terminated memberships.
    This agreement establishes the understanding between the client and RGS regarding the RG Premiere Membership program and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written.
    This agreement may be amended by RGS at it's sole discretion - all changes will be communicated to members in writing.
